Click on
Settings from the
left side menu. From the options listed, click on
Profile Settings.
You
will see 4 sections displayed on the Payment Settings page:

Company Logo

User Details
●
Company Details
●
Billing Details
On the top right side of the page, you will also see 2 buttons:
●
Change Password
●
Deactivate Account
Let’s navigate through each of these sections and get to know the
functions of the buttons!
Company Logo
Step 1
: The Company
Logo section contains a picture of a default logo with a button alongside,
labeled
Choose.
Step 2
: Click on
the
Choose button.
Step 3
: Select a
picture from your local system that you want to make your website logo. You
will now see your selected picture displayed below the Choose button.
Step 4
: Click on
the
Update button to save your
changes. The selected picture is updated as your company logo throughout the
website. Your updated company logo will now replace the default logo on the
left of the Company Logo section.
User Details
This
section is pretty straightforward: all you have to do is fill up your personal
details.
Step 1
: Enter your
first name in the textbox labeled
First
Name (mandatory field).
Step 2
: Enter your
last name in the textbox labeled
Last
Name (mandatory field).
Step 3
: Enter the
mobile number you used to register on Ordify as your primary mobile number in
the textbox labeled
Mobile Number
(mandatory field).
Step 4
: Enter the
email address you used to register on Ordify in the textbox labeled
Email ID (mandatory field).
Step 5
: Click on
the
Update button to save your
changes. A pop-up will appear that confirms that your changes have been
successfully updated!
Company Details
This
section contains details of your business.
Step 1
: Enter your
company’s name in the textbox labeled
Company
Name (mandatory field).
Step 2
: Select the
nature of your business from the dropdown list labeled
Nature of Business.
Step 3
: Select the
registration type of your business from the dropdown list labeled
Registration Type.
Step 4
: Select the genre
or category of your business from the dropdown list labeled
Category of Business.
Step 5
: Enter the
GST number of your business in the textbox labeled
GST Number (mandatory field).
Step 6
: Enter the
PAN number associated with your business in the textbox labeled
PAN No. (mandatory field).
Step 7
: Click on
the
Update button to save your
changes. A pop-up will appear that confirms that your changes have been
successfully updated!
Billing Details
This
section contains the billing details of your business. This is the address
where all your monthly/quarterly/annual business bills are invoiced to.
Step 1
: Enter your
complete billing address in the textbox labeled
Address.
Step 2
: Enter a landmark
that distinguishes your billing location in the textbox labeled
Landmark.
Step 3
: Enter the
Pincode of your billing address in the textbox labeled
Postal Code. Once you enter this information, the fields
City,
State, and
Country will
be auto-updated.
Step 4
: Click on
the
Update button to save your
changes. A pop-up will appear that confirms that your changes have been
successfully updated!
How to Change Your Password
Step 1
: Click on
the
Change Password button at the
top right side of the Profile Settings page.
Step 2
: Verify your
previous password in the textbox labeled
Old
Password.
Step 3
: Enter your
new password in the textbox below, labeled
New
Password.
Step 3
: Confirm
your new password by typing it again in the textbox provided.
Step 4
: Click the
Change Password button below to save
your changes.
How to Deactivate Your Account
Step 1
: Click on
the
Deactivate Account button at the
top right side of the Profile Settings page.
Step 2
: Select the
reason for your deactivation from the dropdown menu provided.
Step 3
: Enter your
feedback on what went wrong and how we can improve Ordify, in the textbox and
click
Next.
Step 3
: Read the
Terms & Conditions on the next page and enter your password in the textbox
provided.
Step 4
: Click the
Submit button. Your deactivation
request will be generated and your account will get deactivated within 24
hours.
